HOW TO USE Commercial Embroidery Machine – Brother PR670 – 6 needles
- Follow the instructions in the user manual to assemble the machine
- use embroidery software to create your own designs or download designs from the internet.
- Transfer the design with the proper file format (e.g. DST, PES, JEF) to the machine with a USB
- Use the built-in display screen and interface to access the USB drive and select the embroidery design you want to use
- Set up the embroidery area by placing your fabric onto the embroidery hoop and adjust the hoop and fabric to the appropriate size for your design.
- Position the hoop by attaching the embroidery hoop to the machine and use the built-in controls to position the hoop and align the design with your fabric.
- Thread the machine with the appropriate thread colors for your design, making sure to use the correct needle for each color.
- Use the machine’s built-in preview function to check the placement and stitching of the design before beginning embroidery.
- Start the machine and let it run until the design is complete.
- Make sure to monitor the machine throughout the embroidery process to ensure it is running smoothly and to change thread colors as needed.
- Once the embroidery is complete, remove the hoop from the machine and unhoop the fabric.
- Trim any remaining thread tails and press the fabric to remove any wrinkles.
