How to buy a fault detection service for laser machines online

  1. After purchasing the service, the customer will be contacted to set a suitable date to inspect the machine online
  2. If faults are identified, a technical report will be sent on the faults, and the value of the parts and the repair fees
  3. If the customer wishes to continue the repair, the value of the statement priced in this product will be deducted
  4. If the customer does not want to repair, this means that the detection costs will not be returned or deducted to the customer

*These terms and conditions are considered a maintenance contract and are effective once the customer purchases the service

This service is only for detecting and identifying faults without repair. If the faults cannot be discovered, the laser machine must be sent to the maintenance center.

Terms of service for sending laser machines to maintenance centers

  • We are committed to handing over the device or machine to the customer after the completion of the repair in one of our branches. If the customer requests delivery in another place, he alone bears the transportation costs.
  • In cases of maintenance, the machine or device is sent at the customer’s expense to the maintenance headquarters. And our receipt of the machine from the shipping company excludes responsibility for us in the event that it arrives exposed to any internal or external damage.
  • We disclaim responsibility for the customer not receiving any machine or device after (3) months from the date of repair.
