Our in-house repair department provides technical support for power supplies, Drivers, PC Boards, laser module alignments, fibers, pump chamber restoration, laser system maintenance, beam delivery systems, software, and hardware upgrades, and much more.
You will also get:
-Repair and Maintenance of other laser company’s machines.
–Installation of other companies’ laser cutters and engravers.
-Laser tube cleaning service.
-Laser tube replacement.
–Laser cutter diagnostic and text power with speed.
–Laser tube calibration.
–Mirror alignment or replacement.
-Lens alignment or replacement.
-Lens and mirror cleaning.
-Power supply replacement.
–Laser control replacement.
-Upgrading your current laser cutter to make it run more efficiently.
Maintenance Terms and Conditions:
-Once the customer pays for this service means that he read and accepted the terms listed below.
-Commitment to the condition of the site: 1 dedicated raw materials to test 2 – electricity connection 3 – computer 4 – fast internet.
-Commitment to the inspection time
-Customer should ship the machine in need of repair is not included as part of this package. Hence the customer has a choice between delivering the machine themselves to our IFF Service Center or arranging a courier pick-up/drop-off delivery, which will have to be paid by the customer when needed.
-Covers all aspects of repair and installation of original parts, add-ons, and
upgrade kits.
-Does not include parts prices, Customer has to pay for parts needed to fix his machine separately.
-Customer chose between pay for new parts if needed or refuse to proceed to repair.
