how to use Cricut Iron-On foil on Fabric:

1. Design your artwork using Cricut Design Space or upload an existing design.
2. Ensure your design is mirrored.
3. Employ your Cricut machine to cut the Iron-On foil.
4. use a weeding tool to remove excess foil.
5. Preheat your iron or heat press.
6. Position the foil design with the adhesive side down on your fabric.
7. Shield it with a cloth or parchment paper.
8. Apply heat with your iron or heat press for the recommended duration.
9. Allow the foil to cool briefly.
10. Carefully remove the clear plastic backing.
11. If necessary, reapply heat for a secure bond.
12. Allow the fabric to cool entirely before using.
