Important tips to maintain the Epson sublimation printer:

• Epson printer is a modified printer, the warranty does not include print heads
• Remove the ink cartridge from the printer when not in use
• Ensure that the ink tanks are completely emptied and a paper is printed to test that the tanks are completely empty
• If you stop using the printer for a long time in the presence of inks or traces of inks in the tanks leads to damage that is not covered by the warranty
• Do not expose the ink to hot weather or exposure to the sun’s heat, as this may damage the ink
• Ink should be kept in a cool dry place
• When the ink is dry, you can return to the usage manual or the video explaining the method of treating temporary dryness.
