- Ensure that your HP LaserJet printer is turned on and ready for operation.
- Refer to your printer’s user manual for specific instructions on accessing the cartridge compartment.
- Identify the empty or depleted cartridge that needs to be replaced.
- Gently shake the new cartridge horizontally to evenly distribute the toner inside.
- Remove the protective packaging from the new cartridge.
- Align the new cartridge with the corresponding slot in the printer and push the cartridge firmly into the slot.
- Repeat the process for any additional cartridges that need to be replaced.
- Wait for the printer to recognize the new cartridges.
- Once the printer is ready, you can resume printing as usual.
