- Install the printer drivers and software on your computer, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Open the label design software and create or import the label design that you want to print.
- Load the label or tag roll into the printer’s label roll holder, making sure that it is loaded correctly and aligned with the printer’s feed guide.
- Adjust the printer’s print settings to match your label or tag specifications, such as label size, print quality, and print speed.
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB or Ethernet cable, and turn on the printer.
- When the print job is complete, remove the label or tag roll from the printer and cut the labels or tags as needed.
