How to use Permanent German Matte Vinyl
- Place the vinyl in the plotter machine such as cricut or cameo and set the settings to 40 force and 12 or 13 speed.
- Once your design is cut, apply transfer tape to transfer it from the vinyl to your desired product
- Use a heat blower or heat press for a few seconds to secure the vinyl to the product
- To print on a mug, after transferring your design, use a heat blower to heat the mug over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.

How to print using a laser printer
- Configure the label printing settings on the printer to suit vinyl printing.
- Print the desired logo or image onto a vinyl sticker.
- Apply a protective adhesive film to safeguard the printed vinyl.
- Use a cutter plotter to trim the sticker edges around the logo, without removing the sticker yet.
- Cover the sticker with a silicone sheet or foil, and run it through a thermal laminator at a temperature of about 175-180 degrees.
- Once the lamination process is complete, gently remove the logo from the sticker, and your vinyl is now ready for use.
