How to use Pro 90 wash-resistant film A4/A3
- After printing the design on Blank paper (see how to print Blank paper)
- Put a paper insulator on the heat press base
- put the matte face of the Pro 90 on top of the blank print paper
- put a silicone sheet on top of all the papers and finally put the heat distributor
- Press the papers at 150C for 110sec at high pressure, then wait for the paper to cool completely.
- Peel off the protective film Pro 90 from the blank paper.
- Place the blank printing paper inside the plotter machine to remove the edges – as desired.
- Place the blank sheet of paper, printed side up, over the T-shirt, inside the press, and place a silicone sheet on top of the blank sheet.
- Set the temperature of the heat press to 150C and the time is 20 secs.
- Wait for the silicone sheet to cool down, then remove it and the T-shirt is ready.

Important tips when using Protective Films Pro 90
- increase the temperature and pressure if you can spot air bubbles on the print
