How to use Sublimation Wood for Heat Press Printing – 3mm Thickness
- Design the desired shape using your preferred design software.
- Use a laser cutter to cut the wood into the required shape.
- Prepare an image for printing at the appropriate size.
- Print the image using a sublimation printer on special sublimation paper.
- Place the printed paper on the wood’s surface designed for printing.
- Use a heat press machine at a suitable temperature (typically 180–200°C) for 60 seconds.
- Let the wood cool, then gently peel off the paper.
