If the fixed print speed you set or the actual conveyor speed is incompatible, many printing problems may occur. The Encoder is suggested for the best quality printing as it’s wheels synchronize speed changes, and guarantees the print length regardless of the conveyor speed.
- Any barcode, QR, 2D, Data Matrix application requires an encoder to ensure the precise placement for consistent readability.
